摘要
在数字化浪潮的推动下,基础设施建设领域正经历着深刻的变革。本文结合数字化背景,通过对参建方质量能力的调研与分析,利用专家群智慧确定指标权重,构建基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的复杂大型电网基建项目参建方质量能力评价模型。研究结果表明:数字化背景下参建方质量能力评价研究的影响因素是基建数字化和质量链管理;数字化管理程度是影响复杂大型电网基建项目参建方质量能力的重要因素。基于研究结论,应在项目建设中加强数字化转型与投资,提升项目团队能力与管理专业化程度,加强参建方协同合作与质量链的全面优化,结合数字化管理背景,持续优化发展复杂大型电网基建项目建设。
Driven by the wave of digitization,the field of infrastructure development is undergoing a profound transformation.This paper,within the digital context,conducts research and analysis on the quality capabilities of project participants.By leveraging expert group wisdom to determine indicator weights,a quality capability evaluation model for participants in complex large-scale power grid infrastructure projects is constructed based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.The research results show that:the influencing factors of participant quality ability evaluation research in the context of digitization are infrastructure digitization and quality chain management;the degree of digitization management is an important factor affecting the quality ability of participants in complex large-scale power grid infrastructure projects.Based on the conclusions of the study,digital transformation and investment should be strengthened in project construction,project team capacity and management specialization should be enhanced,participant collaboration and quality chain optimization should be strengthened,and the construction of complex large-scale grid infrastructure projects should be optimized and developed in the context of digital management.
