摘要
质量链管理是以多个组织、多种要素共同实现质量过程为背景,以质量流、信息流、价值流为对象,通过控制关键链节点,实现协调耦合、增值高效的管理方法。文章对质量链管理的概念、特征、主要内容与理论架构以及质量链耦合等研究成果进行了归纳和分析,指出质量链管理具有广泛的应用价值。
In the context that multi-organizations and multi-factors cooperate to achieve quality process, quality chain management is a managerial approach, which takes quality flow, information flow and value flow as the study objects, and realizes coupling and value-added effect by controlling key chain nodes. Through analyzing the concepts, characteristics, the main contents and conceptual framework of quality chain management, and quality chain coupling, the paper proposes that quality chain management possesses extensive application value.
