高质量发展视角下老年教育家校社协同育人的主体价值、现实审视及实践路径 被引量:2

摘要 数字化转型背景下,构建家校社协同育人模式是破解老年教育发展困境的关键路径。从主体价值层面看,需深入挖掘家庭在老年教育中的角色与功能,学校(涵盖各类老年教育机构)肩负的责任与使命,以及社会资源的整合与利用方式;从现实挑战层面需系统分析家庭教育的现状,学校教育的局限以及社会支持系统的不完善等方面;从实践路径层面需通过构建多元参与的协同育人模式,健全家校社协同育人机制,以及强化政府的政策扶持与资源配置,助力老年教育实现高质量发展,满足老年人日益增长的教育需求。 In the context of digital transformation,constructing a home-school-community collaborative education model is a key approach to addressing the developmental challenges of elderly education.From the perspective of subject value,it is essential to deeply explore the roles and functions of families,the responsibilities and missions of schools(including various elderly education institutions),and the methods for integrating and utilizing social resources in elderly education.In reality,it is necessary to systematically analyze the current status and challenges of family education,the limitations and shortcomings of school education,and the inadequacies of social support systems.Regarding practical pathways,efforts should focus on establishing a multi-participatory collaborative education model,improving the home-school-community collaborative education mechanism,and strengthening government policy support and resource allocation.These measures will facilitate the high-quality development of elderly education and meet the growing educational demands of the elderly.groups.
