摘要
为应对日益加剧的人口老龄化趋势,充分开发老年人力资源,促进老年人社会参与,日本政府通过多元政策构建系统化的老年学习服务体系,包括整合各类社会教育机构,发展社会教育网络,强化专业人才队伍培养与配置等,有效推动了老年学习服务体系的构建与发展。在新时代我国老年教育发展的关键节点,充分借鉴先行国家有益经验,对我国建立健全老年学习服务体系具有一定的参考意义。
To address the increasingly severe trend of population aging and to fully develop elderly human resources,promoting social participation among the elderly,the Japanese government has constructed a systematic learning service system for the elderly through diverse policies.This includes integrating various social education institutions,developing a social education network,and strengthening the training and allocation of professional talents,effectively promoting the construction and development of the elderly learning service system.At a critical juncture in the development of elderly education in China's new era,fully drawing on the beneficial experiences of leading countries holds certain reference significance for establishing and perfecting our country's elderly learning service system.
