摘要
新时代全面深化学校体育改革,加快推进高校体育高质量发展将为构筑中国式现代化的高等教育体系,培养造就大批身心健康、德才兼备的高素质人才提供坚实支撑。以高校体育高质量发展在教育强国建设、体育强国建设、五育融合及主动性体育中的价值蕴意为切入点,尝试从政策导向、理念转变、实践需要、数字驱动等四个维度阐释逻辑理路。研究认为:在新时代新征程,推进高校体育高质量发展主要面临体育政策执行缺乏抓手、体育属性价值变相弱化、体育运行机制尚未健全、体育数字化植入局限的现实困境,建议从“坚持党建引领,发挥统领效应”“铸造体育文化传统,激活师生体育能动性”“创新体育发展机制,推动治理合力”“注重智慧体育资源开发,加快数字化转型”等四个方面来设计推进路径。
In the new era,deepen the reform of school physical educationcomprehensively and accelerating the high-quality development of college physical education will provide solid support for building higher education system of Chinese path to modernization and training a large number of high-quality talents with both physical and mental health and moral integrity.From the value of high quality development of college sports in construction of education and sports power,five education integration and active sports,the paper tries to explain the development of logical main line from four dimensions:policy orientation,concept change,practical needs and technology drive.According to the research,on the new journey of the new era,the promotion of high-quality development of college sports mainly faces the realistic dilemma of the lack of sports policy implementation,the weakening of sports attribute value,the incomplete sports operation mechanism and the limitation of sports digital implantation.It is suggested to design the promotion path from adhering to the guidance of party building to giving the full play of the leading effect;casting the campus sports culture tradition to activate the initiative of teachers and students;innovating the sports development mechanism to promote governance;focusing on the intelligent sports resources development to accelerate the digital transformation.
