摘要
我国已经明确提出了“2030碳达峰、2060碳中和”的双碳目标,能源绿色低碳转型发展将成为“十四五”乃至中长期主旋律。但由于中国资源与负荷的错配,导致资源密集区的电能无法或较难送至负荷端。而氢能作为长周期、跨季节的优秀储能模式,是实现这一目标的关键能源载体。同时,为体现能源的绿色属性价值,本文考虑了绿证交易机制的机理,充分发挥绿证背后的碳减排特性。最终通过案例分析,验证了该模式在提高能源利用效率、降低碳排放以及增强经济性方面的优势,为新能源制氢产业的发展提供了新的思路和方法,有助于推动能源转型和实现碳达峰、碳中和目标。
China has clearly put forward the“dual carbon”goals of“carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060”.The green and low-carbon transformation of energy will become the main theme of the“14th Five-Year Plan”and even the medium and long term.However,due to the mismatch of resources and loads in China,the electric energy in resource-intensive areas cannot or is difficult to be transmitted to the load end.Hydrogen energy,as an excellent energy storage mode for long cycles and cross-seasons,is a key energy carrier to achieve this goal.At the same time,in order to reflect the green attribute value of energy,this paper comprehensively considers the mutual recognition mechanism of green certificate trading mechanism,and fully plays the carbon emission reduction characteristics behind the green certificate.Finally,through case analysis,the advantages of this mode in improving energy utilization efficiency,reducing carbon emissions and enhancing economic viability are verified.It provides new ideas and methods for the development of new energy hydrogen production industry,and helps to promote energy transformation and achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
