摘要
在中国式现代化情景下探究高等教育的共同富裕效应及其通过人力资本、科技创新能力和科技成果转化的赋能机制,为共同富裕实现指明了新的战略方向。选取2011—2020年31个省(自治区、直辖市)面板数据,在采用熵值法测度我国高等教育和共同富裕水平基础上,进一步对高等教育赋能共同富裕的驱动机制进行实证检验,研究表明:一是高等教育具有显著的正向共同富裕效应,经过系列稳健性检验后这一结论依然成立;二是从驱动机制看,人力资本、科技创新能力和科技成果转化均能显著正向赋能共同富裕,其赋能效应强弱依次为人力资本>科技成果转化>科技创新能力;三是从异质性看,中部、西部地区高等教育的正向共同富裕效应显著,且表现为中部强于西部的态势,而东部地区高等教育的共同富裕效应则并不显著。为更好地发挥高等教育对共同富裕的战略支撑作用,应实施差异化的区域教育战略,推进人力资本地区均衡式积累,精准对接科技创新与市场需求,重点推进科技成果转化,最终实现共同富裕。
In the context of Chinese path to modernization,the study of the common prosperity effect of higher education and its enabling mechanism through human capital,scientific and technological innovation ability and scientific and technological achievements transformation points out a new strategic direction for the realization of common prosperity.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces(municipalities)from 2011 to 2020,this paper adopts the entropy method to measure the level of higher education and common prosperity in China,and further conducts an empirical test on the driving mechanism of higher education empowering common prosperity.The research shows that:(1)Higher education has a significant positive onthe common prosperity.This conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests;(2)From the perspective of driving mechanism,human capital,scientific and technological innovation ability and scientific and technological achievement transformation can significantly positively empower common prosperity.The strength of their empowering effects is in the order of human capital,technological achievement transformation,technological innovation capability.(3)From the perspective of heterogeneity,the positive co-prosperity effect of higher education in the central and western regions is significant.The central region is stronger than the western region,while the eastern region has no significant co-prosperity effect.In order to better play the strategic supporting role of higher education for common prosperity,differentiated regional education strategies should be implemented,regional balanced accumulation of human capital should be promoted,scientific and technological innovation and market demand should be accurately connected,and scientific and technological achievements should be promoted to transform and ultimately achieve common prosperity.
