摘要
制备了聚L-鸟氨酸修饰玻碳电极,并对糠醛进行了测定。结果表明在此修饰电极上,聚L-鸟氨酸催化了糠醛的电化学还原反应。实验对该电极的制备条件以及测试条件进行了优化。糠醛的还原峰电流与其浓度在2.00×10^(-7)~1.00×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)浓度范围内成线性关系,相关系数为0.9987,检出限为2.50×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1),加标回收率为97.5%~101%。该修饰电极具有良好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性,可用于糠醛含量的测定。
A poly-L-ornithine modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared and used for the determination of furfural.The results showed that the modified electrode catalyzed the electrochemical reduction of furfural.The preparation conditions of the electrode and the testing parameters were optimized through experiments.The reduction peak current of furfural exhibited a linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 2.00×10^(-7)to 1.00×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of 0.9987,a detection limit of 2.50×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1),and a recovery rate ranging from 97.5%to 101%.The modified electrode demonstrated excellent sensitivity,selectivity,and stability,making it suitable for the determination of furfural content.
