摘要
用循环伏安法制备银掺杂聚L-精氨酸修饰玻碳电极(Ag-PA/GCE),研究了芦丁和抗坏血酸在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了芦丁和抗坏血酸同时测定的新方法。在pH=2.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,于14.0mV·s-1的扫速下,芦丁产生一对氧化还原峰,其氧化峰电位为0.552V,还原峰电位为0.491V;抗坏血酸产生一个氧化峰,峰电位为0.281V。芦丁和抗坏血酸的△Epa=0.271V,用氧化峰不需分离可直接对芦丁和抗坏血酸进行同时测定,在最佳条件下,芦丁和抗坏血酸的线性范围分别5.0×10-7~2.0×10-5mol·L叫和2.5×10-5~5.0×10-3mol·-1,检出限分别为1.0×10-7mol·L-1和1.0×10-5mol·L-1。方法可用于复方芦丁片中芦丁和抗坏血酸的同时测定。
A silver doped poly(L-argenine acid) modified electrode was prepared by cyclic vohammetric method. The electrochemical behavior and simultaneous determination of rutin and ascorbic acid were studied on the modified electrode. In pH 2.5 phosphate buffer solution, the modified electrode gave two oxidation peaks at 0. 552 V and 0. 281 V(vs. Ag/AgC1) for rutin and ascorbic acid, and a reduction peak at 0. 491 V for rutin at the scan rate of 140 mV·s-1. The oxidation peaks of rutin and ascorbic acid were separated at 0. 271 V. The linear range for the determination of rutin and ascorbic acid were 5.0 × 10-7- 2.0×10-5 mol. L-land 2.5×10-5 -5.0×10 a mol·L-1, respectively. The detection limits were 1.0× 10-7 mol.L land 1.0× 10 s moloL-1. The method has been applied for the determination of rutin and ascorbic acid in compound rutin tablets with satisfactory results.
