摘要 针对高校大型仪器设备开放共享管理中存在的普遍问题,中国地质大学(北京)在大型仪器设备开放共享方面构建了人、财、物“三维一体”院校协同的集约化管理模式。该模式从健全制度、顶层统筹、信息化建设、人力资源建设、运维经费保障等方面实行精细化管理,突出以大型仪器设备全生命周期建设为抓手,坚持过程集约化管理,加强考核评优等创新管理体制,极大地提升了大型仪器设备共享成效。 In view of the common problems existing in the open sharing management of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,China University of Geosciences(Beijing)constructed an intensive management mode of"three-dimensional integration"of human,finance and material in the open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment.This model adopts refined management from the aspects of improving the system,top-level coordination,information construction,human resources construction,operation and maintenance fund guarantee,and so on.These measures focuses on the whole cycle construction of large-scale instruments and equipment,adhere to the intensive management of the process,and strengthen the assessment and evaluation of innovative management system,and can effectively improve the open sharing efficiency of the instruments.
