摘要
如何提高大型仪器设备的使用效益,一直是高校设备管理部门的核心课题之一。作为大型仪器设备管理工作的源头—设备购置工作,也备受关注。科学合理、依法合规地开展设备购置工作,对大型仪器设备的资源共享、效益发挥具有十分重要的意义。针对高校大型仪器设备购置的现状及存在问题,从设备管理、资源配置、采购政策与规则等方面加以分析,以期为高校大型仪器设备的购置工作提供参考和借鉴。
How to improve the use efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment has always been one of the core topics of the equipment management department in colleges and universities.As the source of the management of large-scale instruments and equipment,the purchase of equipment has also attracted much attention.It is of great significance to carry out equipment purchase scientifically,reasonably and legally,for the resource sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment,and for bringing benefits into play.In view of the current situation and problems in the purchase of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes them from the aspects of equipment management,resource allocation,purchase policies and rules,and provides reference for the purchase of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.
