摘要
目的了解参赛护理人员对基于客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式的护理技能竞赛的真实体验。方法2023年9月至10月,采用便利抽样法,选取参与徐州市首届基于OSCE模式的临床护理技能竞赛的15名临床护理人员,采用现象学研究方法进行半结构式访谈,并应用内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析和主题提炼。结果共访谈461 min,转录3.8万余字,提炼出3个主题:促进护理人员的个人成长(固化思维的改变、系统思维的形成、自我认同感增强)、改善护理人员成长的外在环境(学习氛围增强、考评方式更新)、大赛站点相关设置有待优化(考核时间仓促、关键线索引导争议)。结论OSCE模式的竞赛有助于护理人员正确定位,提升其自我认同感。未来可根据临床护理实际需求,开发多专科知识融合的案例,针对不同级别护理人员开展OSCE模式的护理培训及考评,培养紧跟临床需求的护理人员。
Objective To explore the real experiences of nurses participating in a nursing skills competition based on the OSCE model.Methods From September to October 2023,a convenience sampling method was used to select 15 clinical nurses who participated in the first OSCE-based clinical nursing skills competition in Xuzhou City,semi-structured interviews were conducted using phenomenological research methods,and the interview data were analyzed using content analysis to extract themes.Results A total of 461 minutes of interviews were conducted,with 38,000 words transcribed.Three themes were identified:Facilitating personal growth in nurses,including shifts in entrenched thinking patterns,development of systematic thinking,and enhanced self-recognition;Improving the external environment for nurses growth,including an enhanced learning atmosphere and updated evaluation methods;Challenges in competition station design,including insufficient time for examination and controversial surrounding key clues guidance.Conclusions Competitions based on the OSCE model help nurses correctly position themselves and enhance their self-recognition.In the future,multi-disciplinary knowledge integration cases can be developed according to the actual needs of clinical nursing,and OSCE-based nursing training and evaluation can be carried out for nurses at different competency levels to better meet clinical needs.
