摘要
为适应地区产业结构向数字化、智能化转型的经济发展趋势,高等学校计算机类专业需进行新工科建设教学改革,因此,该文从OBE(成果导向教育)理念出发,以产教融合培养为核心,提出计算机类现场工程师的培养模式,结合西藏民族大学“华为ICT学院”产教融合举措以及计算机类专业的教学改革实践和成效,指出解决高校和企业需求不匹配问题的可行方案。
To adapt to the economic development trend where the regional industrial structure is transitioning towards digitalization and intelligence,computer-related majors in higher education institutions need to undergo“new engineering”construction and educational reform.Therefore,this paper starts from the OBE(Outcomes-Based Education)philosophy,with the core of integrating industry and education for training,proposing a training model for computer-related field engineers.It combines the industry-education integration measures of the“Huawei ICT Academy”at Xizang Minzu University and the practice and effectiveness of educational reform in computer-related majors,pointing out a feasible solution to the problem of mismatch between the needs of universities and enterprises.
