摘要
生地黄为玄参科植物地黄的干燥块根,性寒味甘,归心、肝、肾经,具有清热凉血、养阴生津之功,临床应用广泛。经现代药物学分析,主要化学成分为环烯醚萜类、苷类、紫罗兰酮类、苯醇类、糖类以及其他氨基酸及微量元素。药理学研究发现这些化学成分具有多方面的药理作用,包括止血、促进造血、抑制神经疼痛、抗抑郁、保护神经、调节免疫、保护呼吸系统、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、调节血糖血脂、保护肾脏、降血压和抑菌等药理作用,其在神经系统、血液系统及肾脏保护方面有着广泛应用价值。随着现代中药药理学和中药分离提纯技术的不断发展,生地黄的化学成分和药理作用将得到更多的发现。文章就生地黄的化学成分和药理作用的相关研究作出综述,为生地黄的药理学研究和临床应用提供科学的依据。
Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)is the dried tuberous root of Rehmannia glutinosa,a plant in the family of Scrophulariaceae,sweet and cold in nature,belonging to the heart,liver and kidney meridians,with the function of clearing heat and cooling the blood,nourishing Yin and generating fluids,and has a wide range of clinical applications.Analyzed by modern pharmacology,the main chemical constituents are cyclic enol ether terpenes,glycosides,violet ketones,phenyl alcohols,sugars,and other amino acids and trace elements.Pharmacological studies have found that these chemical components have multifaceted pharmacological effects,including hemostasis,promotion of hematopoiesis,inhibition of neuropathic pain,antidepressant,neuroprotective,immunomodulatory,respiratory protection,antioxidant,antitumor,regulation of blood glucose and blood lipids,protection of kidneys,hypotensive,and antimicrobial pharmacological effects,among others.It has a wide range of value in neurological,hematologic and renal protection applications.With the continuous development of modern traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology and traditional Chinese medicine isolation and purification technology,the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)will be more discovered.The article provides a review of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)to provide a scientific basis for the pharmacological study and clinical application of Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix).
