摘要
社区体卫融合服务场景营造,是深入推进全民健身和全民健康深度融合以及实现社区健康治理的重要举措,也是推进传统社区向场景化社区转变的应有之意。运用文献资料调研、案例分析、逻辑分析等研究方法,以场景理论为指导,分析了社区体卫融合服务场景的内涵与维度、实践样态与推进策略。首先,外部推力(中央和地方政策推动、城市发展对社区空间重塑)和内生动力(主动健康需求下社区健康治理的空间转向、场景赋权社区健康可持续发展)是城市社区体卫融合服务场景营造的重要逻辑动因。其次,构建了“主体-环境-活动-文化”体卫融合服务场景理论框架,从4个维度具体对实践案例进行分析,归纳了目前我国社区体卫融合服务场景营造的成功举措与不足。最后,提出优化多元主体协同机制,营造体卫融合共生的健康服务生态,完善社区居民体力活动纳入和运动转介制度,提升社区体卫融合服务的软实力等策略。
Community health and physical integration service scenario construction is an important measure to further promote the deep integration of national fitness and national health and realize community health governance,and also to promote the transformation from“traditional community”to“scene-based community”.Using literature,case analysis,logic analysis and other methods,guided by scenario theory,this paper analyzes the connotation and dimension of community health and physical integration service scenario,practice pattern and promotion strategy.First,external thrust(central and local policy promotion,urban development reshaping community space)and endogenous motivation(spatial turn of community health governance under active health needs,scene empowerment community health sustainable development)is an important logical motivation for the construction of urban community health integration service scene.Secondly,the theoretical framework of“subject-environment-activity-culture”integrated health and physical service scenario is constructed,and the practical cases are analyzed from four dimensions,and the successful measures and shortcomings of the current integrated health service scenario construction in China are summarized.Finally,the study puts forward some strategies,such as optimizing the multi-subject coordination mechanism,create a health service ecology of integration and symbiosis of physical and health,perfecting the physical activity inclusion and sports referral system of community residents,and enhancing the soft power of community health and physical integration service.
