摘要
体卫融合是促进健康中国战略实施的重要路径,而西北地区作为我国健康治理的关键区域,其体卫融合推进效果与复合型人才储备密切相关。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,系统分析我国西北地区体卫融合复合型人才培养面临的现实困境,并通过借鉴东部城市在该领域的人才培养经验,针对性提出困境纾解对策,为西北地区体卫融合人才队伍建设提供参考。研究发现:当前我国西北地区体卫融合复合型人才培养面临顶层设计不完善、培养目标不系统、专业建设薄弱、岗位供应稀缺等多重困境。据此,本文借鉴东部城市人才培养经验,针对上述困境,提出以下纾解对策:完善顶层设计,发挥统领全局作用;明确培养目标,提升人才培养质量;加强专业建设,创造良好运行条件;优化就业市场,推进人才有序流动。
Sports-healthcare integration represents a critical driver for advancing HealthyChina strategy,with Northwest China serving as a key region for its implementation.The effectiveness of this integration hinges on cultivating interdisciplinary professionals who bridge sports science and public health.This study employs a tripartite methodology-literature research,logical analysis,and expert interviews-to identify core obstacles hindering the development of such talent in the northwestern part of China.By synthesizing best practices from eastern cities’pioneering models,actionable solutions are proposed to address these challenges.Core obstacles include fragmented policy frameworks,unsystematic planning of talent development objectives,underdeveloped disciplinary infrastructure,and constrained career prospects.To surmount these obstacles,four strategie priorities are outlined:strengthening policy coordination through unified top-down governance mechanisms;aligning educational outputs with industry needs;accelerating discipline development;stimulating labor market demand via regional talent circulation programs.
