摘要
目的 研究在住院医师规范化培训(住培)急诊临床能力和思维培养中采用迷你临床演练评估(miniclinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院的40名住培生为研究对象,根据随机数字表法进行分组,对照组20名应用常规教学方法 ,观察组20名在对照组的基础上应用Mini-CEX方法 ,比较两组自主学习能力、思维培养能力和满意度。结果 观察组自主学习能力评分高于对照组,观察组评判性思维能力量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组满意度为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的65.00%(13/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05)。结论 对急诊住培生进行临床教学时,采用Mini-CEX方法 ,能够提升其自主学习能力,强化思维培养,满意度高。
Objective To study the effect of using mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in the development of clinical competence and thinking in emergency medicine in standardized training for medical residents.Methods Forty resident trainees who were trained in Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from Janu⁃ary 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were grouped according to the random num⁃ber table method,and twenty in the control group applied conventional teaching methods,twenty in the observation group applied the conventional plus Mini-CEX method at the based of control group.Compare the independent learn⁃ing ability,thinking cultivation ability and degree of satisfaction between two groups.Results The independent learn⁃ing ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was 95.00%(19/20),higher than 65.00%(13/20)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05).Conclusion The Mini-CEX method for clinical teaching of emergency resident trainees,which can enhance their independent learning ability,strengthen the cultivation of thinking,and high satisfaction.
