摘要
通过对部分当代著名中医药专家进行问卷调查或采访,初步分析了成才年龄、师承效应、熟读经典、早期临床、继承创新、扬长避短、协调成才等规律,建议在培养中医临床人才方面应当开展学位制师承教育、改进教育模式和内容、强化科研与临床培训、加强教学基地的建设。
By questionnaire surrey and interview, this paper studies some contemporary medical experts＇ road to success in terms of age, master inheritance, learning medical classics, early clinical practice and innovation and suggests that Chinese medical talents should be cultivated by enacting master-disciple teaching, improving educational mode and content, strengthening scientific and clinical training and enhancing teaching base construction.
