摘要
目的:探索以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)在中医妇科教学中的效果。方法:选择了一些临床常见病证(崩漏、异位妊娠、胎漏、产后发热等),采用设问-讨论-总结三段式教学,即PBL教学方法。结果:PBL教学调动了学生的积极性,提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力。结论:PBL教学有助于提高中医妇科临床教学效果,应予深入探讨和广泛应用。
Object: To explore the effect of the problem-based learning (PBL) in the Chinese medicine gynecology teaching.Method: Select a number of common disease(uterine bleeding, ectopic pregnancy, strangnria during pregnancy, postpartum fever, etc.), use Question-Discussion-Summary three-step teaching, which is PBL teaching method.Results: PBL teaching mobilized the enthusiasm of the students, improve the ability of the students to analyze and solve problems. Conclusion: PBL teaching is effective to improve the effect of traditional Chinese medical gynecology clinical teaching, and should be thoroughly explored and widely applied.
