摘要
目的:探索以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)在中医妇科教学中的效果。方法:选择了一些临床常见病证(崩漏、异位妊娠、胎漏、产后发热等),采用设问-讨论-总结三段式教学,即PBL教学方法。结果:PBL教学调动了学生的积极性,提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力。结论:PBL教学有助于提高中医妇科临床教学效果,应予深入探讨和广泛应用。
Object： To explore the effect of the problem-based learning （PBL） in the Chinese medicine gynecology teaching.Method： Select a number of common disease（uterine bleeding, ectopic pregnancy, strangnria during pregnancy, postpartum fever, etc.）, use Question-Discussion-Summary three-step teaching, which is PBL teaching method.Results： PBL teaching mobilized the enthusiasm of the students, improve the ability of the students to analyze and solve problems. Conclusion： PBL teaching is effective to improve the effect of traditional Chinese medical gynecology clinical teaching, and should be thoroughly explored and widely applied.
