摘要
目的探究在医院人力资源管理中人才激励机制的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于河南省洛阳正骨医院(河南省骨科医院)工作的918名医生为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施常规管理,设为常规组,2023年1—12月实施人才激励机制,设为研究组。比较两组医生工作满意度、离职意愿评分、工作态度评分。结果研究组医生工作满意度评分高于常规,离职意愿评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组职业倦怠量表(78.25±6.23)分低于常规组(95.26±8.26)分,盖洛普Q12调查表(92.25±3.25)分高于常规组(83.36±3.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=49.814、57.532,P均<0.05)。结论在医院人力资源管理中,人才激励机制的应用能够转变医生工作态度,满足医生对管理模式的需求,降低医生的离职意愿。
Objective To explore the application value of talent incentive mechanism in hospital human resource management.Methods 918 doctors of Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province(Henan Province Orthopedic Hospital)from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022 routine management was implemented and set as the conventional group,from January to December 2023 talent incentive mechanism was implemented and set as the study group.The job satisfaction,resignation intention and work attitude of two groups were compared.Results The job satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,the resignation intention scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The Malaseh Burnout Inventory of the study group was 78.25±6.23,lower than 95.26±8.26 of the conventional group,and the Gallup Workplace Audit was 92.25±3.25,higher than 83.36±3.37 of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=49.814,57.532,both P<0.05).Conclusion In the hospital human resource management,the application of talent incentive mechanism can change the working attitude of doctors,meet the doctors'demand for management mode,and reduce doctors'willingness to leave.
