摘要
通过深圳海目星高端激光与智能装备研发中心及制造基地项目实践,研究城市更新背景下工业上楼项目复合空间之应对策略与设计方法,总结相关(特别是高密度建设区域工业建筑)设计经验,促进建筑设计在城市更新和新型智造工业领域的发展。研究得出了未来可复制推广的应用策略和设计手法,总结了其建筑形态、建筑标准、设计策略和要点等内容。
Through the practice of Shenzhen Haimuxing High-End Laser and Intelligent Equipment R&D Center and Manufacturing Base Project,the research summarizes the coping strategies and technical research of the complex space of the“Industry Upstairs”project under the background of urban renewal,summarizes the relevant design experience(especially industrial buildings in high-density construction areas),and promotes the development of urban renewal and new intelligent industrial building design.The research derives application strategies and design techniques that can be replicated and promoted in the future,and summarizes the contents including its architectural form,architectural standards,design strategies and key points.
