基于一种改进的水污染指数法的太湖流域省际边界水污染评价

摘要 太湖流域河网密集、人口众多,是我国社会经济最为发达的地区之一。然而,近年来随着经济的发展以及人类活动的密集,太湖流域水质日益恶化,流域内时常发生跨省水污染事件,省际边界水资源保护面临严重威胁。由于太湖流域省际边界上河流众多,年内进出水量变化较大,水质情况较为复杂,传统的水质评价方法通常不能满足省际边界水质评价的需求。本文基于一种改进的水质评价法,综合考虑了太湖流域省际边界具有多条河流,水量时空分布变化较大等特点,以太湖流域三条省际边界为例对其水质状况进行了评价研究。结果表明:2016年浙沪边界上氨氮污染物不构成污染,氨氮浓度相对在1月、 4月和6月较高;高锰酸盐浓度接近Ⅲ类水标准,在8月份含量最高;总磷污染程度较轻,大部分时间内优于Ⅲ类水水质,其浓度在6月和8月相较其它月份较高。2016年浙沪边界氨氮含量全年未超标,高锰酸盐仅在部分月份轻微超标,总磷仅在6月与8月超标。该研究成果可为太湖流域水污染治理与省际边界水质管理提供技术支撑。 The river networks in Tai lake basin are concentrated,The population in this area is enormous,and It is one of the most developed regions in society and economy in our country.However,in recent years,along with economic development and intensive human activities,the water quality in Tai lake basin has deteriorated increasingly.Water pollution incidents cross provincial boundaries often occur in the basin,and Water resources protection at provincial borders is facing serious threats.Because there are a large number of rivers which cross the provincial boundaries in Tai lake basin,the amount of incoming and outgoing water there changes greatly over a year,and the water quality situation is more complicated,traditional water quality assessment methods usually cannot meet the needs of provincial border water quality assessment.In this paper,the author carried out assessing water pollution for provincial boundaries in Tai lake basin based on improved water pollution index method.The results show that the ammonia and nitrogen pollutants at the border of Zhejiang Province and Shanghai City did not form pollution in 2016,the ammonia nitrogen concentration was relatively high in January,April and June,the concentration of the permanganate is close to the levelⅢwater quality standard,with the highest content in August,the level of pollution is relatively light,and in most cases is better than ClassⅢwater quality standard,the concentrations were higher in June and August than in other months,in 2016,the ammonia nitrogen content in the border areas of Zhejiang Province and Shanghai City did not exceed the standard throughout the year,the permanganate content was only slightly above the standard in a few months,and total phosphorus only exceeded the standard in June and August.The research results and assessment method can be provided as technical support for water pollution management in Tai lake basin and provincial border water quality management.
