摘要
目的:分析六君子汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚证的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—12月我院收治的60例儿童哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚证患儿,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30)。对照组予以孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合六君子汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、免疫功能指标、肺功能指标。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组、血清免疫功能指标及肺功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚证应用中医药六君子汤进行治疗可补益脾肺,调节气机,从而增强机体的免疫力,有效缓解哮喘症状,改善患儿的肺功能。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Liujunzi decoction combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in children with asthma in remission stage.Methods:From January to December 2023,60 children with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in remission stage of asthma in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the observation group was treated with Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,immune function index and lung function index were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the serum immune function index and lung function index were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in children with asthma in remission stage can tonify spleen and lung,regulate qi movement,so as to enhance the immunity of the body,effectively relieve asthma symptoms and improve the lung function of children.
