摘要
目的观察穴位贴敷冬病夏治治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效,并探讨贴敷时间与疗效的关系。方法选取130例支气管哮喘患者,将冬病夏治贴膏于夏天头伏期间贴敷于肺俞、心俞、膈俞穴,贴敷2～6h,10天后(即二伏)和20天后(即三伏)各重复贴敷1次。治疗前及疗程结束1年后观察患者生命质量评分、哮喘症状、缓解期时间、发作次数和发作持续时间,并分析贴敷时间与疗效的关系。结果临床总有效率80%;治疗后患者生命质量评分、哮喘症状、缓解期时间、发作次数均明显好转(P<0.05或P<0.01),发作持续时间未见明显改善(P>0.05)。将患者根据贴敷时间分为4h以下组43例、4h组47例、4h以上组40例,各组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,其贴敷时间长短对疗效并无影响。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint applicati on therapy：a summer treatment for the winter disease,on bronchial asthma,and to discuss the relation between the time of application and therapeutic effect.Methods The 130 cases of bronchial asthma were treated by acupoint application therapy.The acupoints included Feishu（BL 13）,Xinshu（BL 15）,and Geshu（BL 17）.And the time of application was in the first ten-day peri od of the hot season.The duration of application was 2～6h.Ten days later,name ly in the second ten-day period of the hot season,and twenty days later,in the third ten-day period of the hot season,the application was repeated respectiv ely.Before treatment and one year after the treatment,the score of quality of l ife,symptoms of asthma,time of remission stage,and times and duration of asth matic attacks were observed to analyze the relation between the time of applicat ion and therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate was 80%.After tr eatment,the score of quality of life,symptoms of asthma,time of remission sta ge,and times of asthmatic attacks were significantly improved（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,while the duration of asthmatic attacks was not significantly improved（P 0.0 5）.The patients were divided into 3 groups according to the application time：4 3 in the group of less than 4 hours,47 in the group of 4 hours,and 40 in the g roup of longer than 4 hours.The comparison of the effect of each group showed n o significant difference in statistics（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The acupoint appli cation therapy is effective for bronchial asthma,but the duration of applicatio n is not influential on the effect.
