摘要
以乳糖酸(LA)、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷[SiC(12)]、1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷(AT)、四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)为原料,制备了有机硅乳糖酰胺[SiC(12)N-LA]。采用FT-IR和^(1)H NMR表征SiC(12)N-LA的结构,并测试了其表面活性、泡沫性能、乳化性能、耐盐性能和润湿性能。结果表明:SiC(12)N-LA具有良好的表面活性,表面张力和临界胶束质量浓度分别为35.2 mN/m和200.3 mg/L;在300 mg/L硬水中的泡沫稳定性达到86.44%,对煤油、石蜡和大豆油的乳化稳定时间分别为56.82 s、48.35 s和71.49 s,对NaCl、CaCl2和MgSO4的耐受程度分别可达到130 g/L、140 g/L和145 g/L,且具有优异的润湿性能。
The lactobionamide based silicone surfactants[SiC(12)N-LA]is prepared using lactobionic acid(LA),dodecyltrimethoxysilane[SiC(12)],1,3-bis(aminopropyl)tetramethyldisiloxane(AT),and tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH)as raw materials.The structure of SiC(12)N-LA is confirmed by FT-IR and ^(1)H NMR.The surface activity,foaming performance,emulsification performance,salt resistance and wettability of the SiC(12)N-LA are evaluated.The results show that the SiC(12)N-LA has good surface activity,the surface tension and the critical micelle concentration of SiC(12)N-LA are 35.2 mN/m and 200.3 mg/L,respectively.The foam stability of the SiC(12)N-LA in 300 mg/L hard water is 86.44%.The emulsion stability time of the SiC(12)N-LA for kerosene,paraffin and soybean oil is 56.82 s,48.35 s and 71.49 s,respectively.The inorganic salt resistance of the SiC(12)N-LA to NaCl,CaCl2 and MgSO4 solution can reach 130 g/L,140 g/L and 145 g/L,respectively.Meanwhile,the SiC(12)N-LA has excellent wetting properties.
