炉渣-钛石膏基发泡轻量土配合比设计及性能研究

摘要 文章开展了炉渣-钛石膏基发泡轻量土配合比设计及性能研究,分析了燃煤炉渣、钛石膏、水泥及湿容重等因素对轻量土流动性、稳定性及物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:燃煤炉渣及水泥掺比的增加会降低轻量土的流动性能,而增加湿密度可改善其流动性,但湿密度不宜超过650 kg/m^(3);湿密度对轻量土消泡率影响显著,增加湿密度有利于提高轻量土泡沫稳定性;轻量土抗压强度与湿密度及水泥掺量正相关,与钛石膏掺量负相关,综合考虑轻量土各项性能,湿密度宜为600~650 kg/m^(3),钛石膏掺量不宜超过30%,水泥掺比不宜小于15%。 In this paper,the design and properties of slag-titanium gypsum-based foamed lightweight soil mix were studied,and the effects of coal-fired slag,titanium gypsum,cement and wet bulk density on the fluidity,stability and physical and mechanical properties of lightweight soil were analyzed.The results show that the increase of the ratio of coal-fired slag and cement will reduce the fluidity of lightweight soil,while increasing the wet density can improve its fluidity,but the wet density should not exceed 650 kg/m^(3).The wet density has a significant effect on the defoaming rate of lightweight soil,and increasing the wet density is conducive to improving the foam stability of lightweight soil.The compressive strength of lightweight soil is positively correlated with the wet density and cement content,and negatively correlated with the titanium gypsum content,considering the properties of lightweight soil,the wet density should be 600-650 kg/m^(3),the titanium gypsum content should not exceed 30%,and the cement content should not be less than 15%.
