Research Progress of Wet Mixing Technology for Natural Rubber

摘要 综述了近年来天然橡胶湿法混炼技术的研究进展,重点介绍了原位生成法、乳液共沉法、高速搅拌分散法、连续非酸快速絮凝法和连续液相混炼法等主流技术路线,并分析了其优缺点和适用范围,对国内外湿法混炼技术的研究现状和工业化进展进行研究,并展望未来发展趋势。 The research progress of wet mixing technology for natural rubber in recent years was reviewed.The several mainstream wet mixing technology routes such as in-situ method,emulsion co-precipitation method,high-speed stirring and dispersion method,continuous non-acid rapid flocculation method and continuous liquid-phase mixing method were summarized,andtheir advantages,disadvantages and applicability were analyzed.Additionally,the current research status and industrial progress of wet mixing technology at home and abroad was summarized and the future research directions was looked forward.
