摘要
新时期制造业面临着国际竞争与技术变革双重压力,新质生产力为制造业高质量发展提供了关键路径和动力来源。本文选取2013—2022年我国30个省级面板数据,通过面板效应、中介效应和门槛效应模型,探究新质生产力对制造业高质量发展的影响、作用机制及门槛效应。研究结果表明:(1)新质生产力和制造业高质量发展水平呈逐年增长趋势,空间分布基本相似,但新质生产力表现出更强的集聚效应;(2)新质生产力水平的提升能正向显著影响制造业高质量发展,但存在地区异质性,仅东部和中部地区作用显著;(3)新质生产力对制造业高质量发展具有直接效应,同时通过科技创新、优化资源配置及产业升级对制造业高质量发展产生间接传导效应;(4)新质生产力对制造业高质量发展的影响存在数字经济水平的门槛效应,只有数字经济水平高于门槛值时,促进作用才会显著。
In the new era,the manufacturing industry is facing dual pressures of international competition and technological change.New-quality productivity provides a key path and driving force for the high-quality impetus of the manufacturing industry.By drawing on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper uses panel,mediation and threshold effect models to explores the impact,mechanism,and threshold effect of new-quality productivity on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.Research results are as follows.(1)The level of new-quality productivity and the level of high-quality development of manufacturing industry has been increasing year by year,with similar spatial distribution,but new-quality productivity shows a stronger agglomeration effect.(2)The level of new-quality productivity can exert a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,but there is regional heterogeneity.The eastern and central regions manifest a significant promotion effect.(3)The role of new-quality productivity in the high-quality development of manufacturing industry has both direct effects and indirect transmission effects through technological innovation,optimized resource allocation,and industrial upgrading.(4)There exists a threshold effect of the digital economy level on the impact of new-quality productivity regarding the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The promoting effect becomes significant only when the digital economy level exceeds the threshold value.
