摘要
目的对护理学专业课程思政育人效果评价的研究进行范围审查,归纳和总结现有评价方法,为今后构建护理学专业课程思政评价体系提供参考。方法对7个英文检索平台即Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、PsycINFO、ERIC和4个中文数据库即中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库进行检索,检索时限为建库至2024年6月1日,获得的文献由2名研究者独立筛选和提取相关内容,纳入文献采用ARKSEY等制定的范围综述框架进行分析。结果共检索出6312篇文献,最后纳入108篇,其中,中文文献83篇、英文文献25篇,发表年份为2005年—2024年,评价贯穿教学全过程的研究有18篇(16.7%),其余研究为思政教学前或结束时的单次评价;评价对象以学生为主,指标涉及文化基础、自主发展、社会参与、职业角色、课程思政教学满意度或认可度、考试成绩6个维度;评价工具多采用量性工具如量表、自制问卷和考试试卷。结论护理学专业课程思政育人效果的评价多采用量性工具,以评价护生的情感态度或行为倾向为主,建议未来研究构建评价体系时应关注评价对象双向化、评价指标多元化和评价过程持续化。
Objective To conduct a scoping review of the research on assessing the effectiveness of the ideological and political outcome in the nursing professional courses,and to provide a summary and draw conclusions about the current evaluation techniques,thus guiding the development of the evaluation system of the ideological and political outcome in the nursing professional courses in the future.Methods Relevant articles published from inception to June 1,2024 were searched in 7 English-language platforms[Cochrane Library,Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL),PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,PsycINFO,Education Resources Information Center(ERIC)]and four Chinese-language databases[China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)].Two investigators were independently responsible for article searching and data extraction.The included articles were analyzed using the scope review framework developed by Arksey.Results A total of 6,312 articles were searched,and 108 articles were finally included,of which 83 were published in Chinese language and 25 in English language.The year of publication was from 2005 to 2024.There were 18(16.7%)articles evaluating the effect of the entire teaching process.The evaluation time of the remaining articles was before or at the end of the ideological and political courses.Students were the dominant evaluated subjects.The evaluation indicators included cultural foundation,independent development,social participation,professional role,satisfaction or recognition of ideological and political courses,and examination results.Quantitative tools like scales,self-designed questionnaires,and exam papers were utilized in the evaluation process.Conclusion Quantitative tools are frequently used to evaluate the ideological and political outcomes in nursing professional courses.Evaluations are mainly the emotional attitudes or behavioral tendencies of nursing students.Future research is recommended to focus on two-way evaluation objects,diversification of evaluation indicators,and continuous evaluation process when constructing the evaluation index system.
