基于拥堵区域识别的城市轨道交通换乘站客运组织优化

摘要 城市轨道交通换乘站客运组织对乘客换乘便捷性以及线网运输效率存在重要影响。本文通过识别换乘站拥堵区域制定针对性措施实现客运组织优化并通过仿真验证。首先,使用AnyLogic软件对成都西站服务设施进行建模,并对乘客的进出站、换乘等乘客行为进行仿真。其次,以客流密度为指标对成都西站各站台层、站厅层的拥堵区域进行识别,通过分析客流流线、优化导向及关键区域设置引导岗对拥堵区域客运组织进行优化。最后,以客流密度和乘客平均在站时间为指标对优化后车站的客运组织水平进行评价。AnyLogic的仿真结果表明本文所设计的基于拥堵区域识别的客运组织优化措施能够使成都西站的乘客在站平均花费时间最多降低36.0%,有效缓解了瓶颈区域拥堵现象,达到了优化换乘站客运组织的目的。 The passenger transportation organization of urban rail transfer stations has an impact on the convenience of passenger transfer and the efficiency of network transportation.In this paper,the optimization of passenger transportation organization is realized by identifying the bottleneck area of transfer station congestion and formulating targeted measures.Firstly,AnyLogic software is used to model the service facilities of Chengdu West Station,and the behavior of passengers in the station such as entering and leaving the station and transferring is simulated.Secondly,the congestion area of each platform floor and station hall floor of Chengdu West Station is identified with the passenger flow density as the index,and the passenger flow line,optimization guidance and key area guidance post are analyzed to optimize the passenger transport organization in the congested area.Finally,the passenger flow density and the average time of passengers in the station are used as indicators to evaluate the passenger organization level of the optimized station.The simulation results of AnyLogic show that the passenger transportation organization optimization measures designed in this paper based on congestion area identification can reduce the average time spent by passengers in Chengdu West Station by up to 36.0%,effectively alleviate the congestion phenomenon in bottleneck areas,and achieve the purpose of optimizing the passenger transportation organization at transfer stations.
