纳米Ag-SiO_2导尿管在家兔导尿管相关性尿路感染中抗菌性的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨纳米载银二氧化硅(纳米Ag-SiO2)导尿管的抗菌性,为临床防治导尿管相关性尿路感染(CAUTIs)提供理论依据。方法将40只健康雄性家兔依据导尿管留置时间随机分为4组,每组再随机分为实验组和对照组。比较家兔留置纳米载银二氧化硅导尿管(实验组)和普通医用导尿管(对照组)后,不同时间组(1周、2周、3周、4周)IL-10和TNF-α在尿道黏膜的表达情况。结果实验组和对照组不同时间点间IL-10、TNF-α表达差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。同一时间点,实验组IL-10的表达高于对照组,TNF-α的表达低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组和对照组IL-10、TNF-α的表达存在交互作用(P<0.05),实验组IL-10表达的下降趋势和TNF-α表达的上升趋势均明显小于对照组;实验组第4周TNF-α的表达与对照组第1周比较,实验组第4周IL-10的表达与对照组第2周比较,尚不能认为二者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纳米Ag-SiO2导尿管具有抗菌性;应用纳米Ag-SiO2导尿管可显著减少导尿管相关性尿路感染的发生率。 Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect of nanometer Ag-SiO2 urethral catheter for providing a theoretical evidence for clinical prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections. Methods Forty male rabbits were randomized into 4 groups according to the different weeks of indwelling catheter. The rabbits in each group were randomly given nanometer Ag-SiO2 urethral catheter( experimental group) and F8 urethral catheter( control group) ,respectively. At week 1,2,3,4 after inwelling catheter,the levels of IL-10 and TNF-α were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of IL-10 and TNF-α both in experimental group and in control group had statistical difference at different weeks( P 0. 001) . At the same time point,the expression of IL-10 in experimental group was higher than in control group( P 0. 05) ,and the expression of TNF-α in experimental group was lower than in control group( P 0. 05) . The expression of IL-10 or TNF-α showed an interaction in experimental group and control group( P 0. 05) . The decline tendency of IL-10 and the rise tendency of TNF-α in control group were more obvious than in experimental group. The expression of TNF-α in experimental group at 4 week and in control group at 1 week showed no statistical difference,and the expression of IL-10 in experimental group at 4 week and in control group at 2 week also had no statistical difference( P 0. 05) . Conclusion The nanometer Ag-SiO2 urethral catheter have antibacterial capability. Nanometer Ag-SiO2 urethral catheter could obviously reduce the incidence of catheter-associated urinary tract infection.
