摘要
目的:探究自我客体化对女大学生职业探索的影响及其机制。方法:采用身体监控量表、学习能力量表、职业决策自我效能感量表和职业探索量表对430名女大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)自我客体化与学习能力、职业决策自我效能感和职业探索呈显著负相关;(2)自我客体化可通过学习能力和职业决策自我效能感的单独中介和链式中介影响职业探索。结论:学习能力和职业决策自我效能感在自我客体化与女大学生职业探索之间起链式中介作用。
Objective:To explore the impact and mechanism of self-objectification on career exploration of female col-lege students.Methods:430 female college students completed questionnaires on body surveillance,learning ability,career decision-making self-efficacy and career exploration.Results:Self-objectification was negatively correlated with learning ability,career decision-making self-efficacy and career exploration;②Self-objectificationindirectly influenced career exploration through the separate and chain mediation of learning ability and career decision-making self-efficacy.Conclusion:Learning ability and career decision-making self-efficacy play a chain mediating role between self-objectification and career exploration of female college students.
