摘要
术前访视是手术室术前健康宣教中必不可少的环节,通过手术前与患者及家属的沟通交流,能够增强与患者之间的信任度;向患者及家属解释手术室环境、麻醉方式、手术步骤及术后恢复等信息,消除患者紧张、恐惧情绪;收集患者病史资料,检查身体情况,评估患者心理状况,提高手术成功率及患者满意度;尽量解答患者及家属的与手术相关的疑问,使患者及家属充分理解健康宣教内容,提升患者满意度。术前访视拓展了手术室护士的角色功能,是手术室优质护理服务的重要体现。本研究从术前访视目的、术前访视内容、注意事项等方面进行总结,为提高术前访视护理质量提供参考。
The Preoperative visit is crucial step in preoperative health education and nursing in the operating room.Communication and information exchange with patients and their families before surgery are carried out to enhance the trust between medical staff and patients.In order to eliminate patients'tension and fear,information about the operating room environment,anesthesia methods,surgical procedures,and postoperative recovery is explained to patients and their caregivers.Collecting patient medical history data,examining physical condition,evaluating patient psychological condition,and other interventions are provided to improve surgical success rate and patient satisfaction.Nurses try their best to answer patients'and their families'questions related to surgery,so that patients and their families can fully understand the content of health education.This paper reviewed the application status of preoperative visits in perspectives of purpose,contents,and matters needing attention,and provided reference for high-quality nursing care in the operating room.
