摘要
目的观察人文关怀护理在门诊换药中的应用。方法将2009年1月~2011年10月来门诊换药患者随机分为实验组1000例,采用人文关怀护理,建立良好的护患关系;对照组1000例,采用常规换药护理。在患者门诊换药结束后,采用问卷调查的方法,观察两组患者对处置伤口效果的满意度。结果实验组患者对伤口处置的效果的满意度为97%,对照组为79%,且实验组护患关系明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀能提高换药护士的整体综合素质和护理服务质量,建立良好的护患关系,提高门诊换药患者伤口处置效果的满意度。
Objective To investigate humanistic concerning in nursing care of patients in clinic service change of dressing. Methods Select 2000 patients from January 2009 to October 2011 were random divided into study group (1000 cases) and the control group (1000cases), the study group receive humanistic care,build up favorable relation of nurse and patient the control group receive common practice of change of dressing. After clinic service change of dressing,adopts a questionnaire investigation to carry on investigation of the two groups' satisfaction rate of dealing with wound. Results The satisfaction rate of patients of the study group was 97%,the control group was 79%,and relation of nurse and patient of the study group was better than the control group,The difference have statistics sense(P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care can improve comprehensive quality and nursing quality of dressing change nurses,build up favorable relation of nurse and patient, improve nursing satisfaction.
