摘要
目的观察分析多媒体术前访视在老年腹股沟疝手术中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月期间在南海经济开发区人民医院外科进行住院手术治疗的老年腹股沟疝患者44例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各22例。对照组实行常规术前访视,试验组实行多媒体术前访视。对比两组心理状态及护理满意度。结果两组术前访视前,SAS、SDS评分及护理满意度对比,P>0.05。两组送手术前1小时,试验组SAS评分显著低于对照组,护理服务满意度则显著高于对照组,P<0.05;两组SDS评分对比,P>0.05。两组手术治疗后3天,试验组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,护理服务满意度则显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论多媒体术前访视可改善老年腹股沟手术患者焦虑及抑郁心理,提升其护理服务满意度。
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of multimedia preoperative interview in inguinal hernia surgery in the elderly.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2023,44 elderly patients with inguinal hernia who were hospitalized in the People's Hospital of Nanhai Economic Development Zone were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 22 cases in each group.The control group received routine preoperative visit,while the experimental group received multimedia preoperative visit.The psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Before the preoperative visit,SAS and SDS scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.One hour before operation,the SAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the satisfaction of nursing service was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Comparison of SDS scores between the two groups,P>0.05.Three days after operation,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the satisfaction of nursing service was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Multimedia preoperative visit can improve the anxiety and depression of elderly patients undergoing inguinal surgery and improve their satisfaction with nursing service.
