This paper summarizes the content of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,introduces the logistics overview of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University,analyzes the common problems existing in the current hospital logistics human resource management,and expounds the specific application and effect of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in hospital logistics human resource management.
