摘要
后勤工作作为公立医院日常工作的重要组成部分,直接关系到医院各项工作的顺利开展,因此,需要对其给予高度重视。然而随着社会经济不断发展,人们对自身健康的关注度日渐提高,传统后勤管理模式已经无法满足社会发展需要,需要坚持与时俱进,对公立医院后勤管理进行改革创新,在为医院工作有序、高效和高质开展提供有力保障的基础上,推进后勤管理标准化、规范化和精细化发展。基于此,论文对公立医院后勤社会化管理的措施展开研究和分析。
As an important part of the daily work of public hospitals,logistics work is directly related to the smooth development of various hospital works.Therefore,we need to attach great importance to it.However,with the continuous development of social economy,people pay more and more attention to their own health.The traditional logistics management mode has been unable to meet the needs of social development.We need to adhere to keeping pace with the times,reform and innovate the logistics management of public hospitals.Based on providing strong guarantee for the orderly,efficient and high-quality development of hospital works,we should promote the normalization,standardization and refinement of development logistics management.Based on this,this paper studies and analyzes the logistics socialization management measures in public hospitals.
