我国幼儿园教师评价研究的焦点回溯与转向展望 被引量:1

摘要 幼儿园教师评价关乎我国幼儿园教师专业化发展以及高质量幼师队伍建设,必须给予充分的研究关注。通过对我国幼儿园教师评价研究的系统回溯,发现其相关研究依据评价要素的逻辑框架,主要聚焦于“为什么评”的评价取向价值关注、“谁来评”的多元评价主体关注、“怎么评”的评价手段系统关注、“如何用”的评价结果延伸关注四大焦点领域,同时凸显了人文化、多元化、本土化及时代化等显著特征。在我国幼儿园教师评价研究的焦点回溯基础上,后续研究应充分体现幼儿园教师评价的价值取向相融、主体关联整合、手段相适深化、结果长效相生的转向,进而促进幼儿园教师评价的持续优化,推动我国幼儿园教师队伍的高质量发展。 The evaluation of preschool teachers is related to the professional development of preschool teachers and the construction of high-quality preschool teachers,so it must be paid sufficient attention to.Through systematic retrospecting of the research on the evaluation of preschool teachers in China,it is found that the relevant research is based on the logical framework of evaluation elements,which mainly focuses on four focal areas:why evaluation orientation value concern,who evaluates multiple evaluation subjects’concern,how evaluation means system concern,and how to use evaluation results.At the same time,it highlights the remarkable characteristics of human culture,diversification,localization and epochal.Based on the retrospective focus of the research on the evaluation of preschool teachers in China,and looking forward to the future research,the subsequent research should fully reflect the focus on the integration of the value orientation,the integration of the subject,the deepening of the means,and the long-term development of the results of the evaluation of preschool teachers,so as to actively promote the continuous optimization of the evaluation of preschool teachers and promote the high-quality development of the team of preschool teachers in China.
