摘要
针对钢板弹簧在满载过程中的开裂问题,以某三片式钢板弹簧为研究对象进行应力分析。首先,利用通用软件HyperMesh的前处理功能,对该模型进行网格、非线性接触和加载处理。前处理完成之后,应用Abaqus求解器对板簧有限元模型进行力学性能计算,获得钢板弹簧应力云图,进而找出钢板弹簧的薄弱区域。分析结果表明,在额定载荷下,钢板弹簧可以满足强度使用要求。
In response to the problem of cracking during full load,a three-piece leaf spring has been taken as the research object for strength analysis.Firstly,using the preprocessing function of the general software HyperMesh,the model is subjected to mesh,nonlinear contact,and loading processing.After that,the Abaqus solver is applied to calculate the mechanical properties of the finite element model of the leaf spring,obtain its stress nephogram,and then identify the weak areas of the leaf spring.The analysis results show that the leaf spring can meet the strength requirements under the rated load.
