摘要
根据接触理论,利用ANSYS软件建立钢板弹簧的计算模型,对之进行非线性接触计算与分析。通过考虑簧片间的摩擦和接触,得到不同载荷下的应力分布和变形情况,计算了其强度和刚度。并进行了试验分析,结果表明,非线性接触计算值和试验数据比较吻合,钢板弹簧计算模型的精度得到了提高。
According to advanced contact theory, the calculation model of leaf spring is built using ANSYS software. Considering interleaf friction, the stress distribution and deformation under different loads are obtained. The intensity and stiffness of the leaf spring are also calculated. The experimental study of leaf spring is performed alto. The calculation results fit with the experimental results quite well. The comparison results indicate that the precision of leaf spring's calculation model is improved.
