摘要
钢板弹簧是汽车上重要的高负荷安全部件,其结构简单,计算方法却相当复杂。文章在系统介绍国内外各种汽车钢板弹簧设计与分析方法的的基础上,着重分析了最近国内外汽车钢板弹簧优化设计与分析新方法的特点、问题和发展,说明了应用ANSYS软件的CAE法,无需假设,可以取得精益设计效果,解决异常损坏难题。
Leaf spring is an important and heavy - loaded
security parts in automobiles, its structure is simple,
but its computational method is very complicated ac-
tually. This article systematically introduces the de-
sign and analysis method for each kinds of domestic
and foreign leaf springs, analyzes the features, prob-
lems and the development of the recent leaf spring
optimized design and new analysis method, explains
that the application of CAE method of software AN-
SYS does not need the supposition, can obtain the
fine design effect and solve the problem of exception-
al damage.
