摘要
针对当前化学、材料学研究生培养过程中存在的“产、学、研”环节联系不够紧密的问题,构建实施“产教融合、研育协同”制度。通过开设“本硕实验班”,逐步构建起了系统完善的研究生育人新体系,突出创新精神的引领作用,强化老师的培育使命。系统化地将研究生的研究方向和产业发展密切相连,使企业实践成为研究生的“必修课”;个性化地制定研究生的教学方案,并促进其与第一课堂的深度融合;多知识体系地搭建产教融合、研育协同的育人平台,满足研究生创新发展的需求;科学化设立企业实习的激励机制,调动研究生导师和研究生双方参与企业实习的积极性。
In view of the separation of“industrial production,study and research”in the process of graduate student training of chemistry and materials science,the system of“integration of industrial production and education,coordination of research and education”is constructed and implemented.By setting up the“experimental classes for undergraduate continue to study postgraduate students”,a systematic and perfect new system of postgraduate education has been gradually constructed,highlighting the leading role of innovative spirit and strengthening the cultivation mission for teachers.It links the research direction of postgraduate students with industrial development,and makes enterprise practice a“compulsory course”for postgraduate students.By personalizing the teaching program for postgraduate students and promote its deep integration with its first class,to build the integration of industrial production and education,research and education coordination platform that with multi-knowledge system,to meet the needs of graduate innovation and development.And establish the incentive mechanism of enterprise internship scientifically to mobilize the enthusiasm of both tutors and graduate students to participate in enterprise internship.
