摘要
糖尿病足是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,是临床治疗的一大挑战,随着医疗技术的不断进步,无论中医还是西医,都在糖尿病足的治疗上取得明显效果,中医治疗包括通过辨证论治将患者的临床表现进行分型、分期,在根据证型及分期运用中药内服和/或外敷,配以熏洗、清创、针刺、艾灸等中医疗法。西医治疗包括局部清创、负压封闭引流术、游离皮瓣移植,抗生素骨水泥等。中医治疗糖尿病足方法多样且医疗成本较低,易于被患者接受。西医治疗糖尿病足尤其针对糖尿病足溃疡治疗上见效快,可加速创面愈合,降低患者截肢率。中西医疗法为糖尿病足的治疗提供了更多选择,提高临床疗效。本文以糖尿病足治疗的最新研究进展做一综述,为临床上治疗糖尿病足提供最新的治疗方法和思路。
Diabetic foot is one of the serious complications of diabetes and a major challenge in clinical treatment.With the continuous progress of medical technology,both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have achieved obvious curative effect in the treatment of diabetic foot.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment includes classification and staging of clinical manifestations of patients through syndrome differentiation,and the use of traditional Chinese medicine for internal administration and/or external application according to the syndrome type and staging,with fumigation,debridement,acupuncture,moxibustion and other traditional Chinese therapy.Western medicine treatment includes local debridement,negative pressure sealing drainage,free flap transplantation,antibiotic bone cement,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine has various methods to treat diabetic foot and is easy to be accepted by patients with low medical cost.Western medicine is especially effective in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,speeding up wound healing and reducing the amputation rate of patients.Chinese and western therapy provides more options for the treatment of diabetic foot and improves clinical efficacy.This article reviews the latest research progress in the treatment of diabetic foot,and provides the latest treatment methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of diabetic foot.
