摘要
张传清教授认为糖尿病足的基本病机为肝脾肾虚衰、气血亏虚致经络痹阻不通,气血瘀聚化热,终致肉腐成脓,故虚损、瘀毒是本病的主要病机特点。治疗重视整体辨证与局部施治相结合,扶正与驱邪并举,善以《辨证录》之顾步汤为基本方加味,扶正、活血、除湿、通络,疗效较好。
Professor ZHANG Chuanqing holds the view that the basic pathogenesis of diabetic foot is the obstruction of meridians and collateral vessels caused by the weakness of the liver,spleen and kidney,as well as the deficiency of qi and blood. The stagnation of qi and blood can be transformed into evil heat which finally results in the rot of the flesh and the pus. So the deficiency and the accumulated pathogenic factors are the main pathogenic features of the disease. In treatment,professor ZHANG pays his attention to the combination of holistic syndrome differentiation and topical treatment,as well as the mix of reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating the pathogenic factors. He is good at using the modified Gubu decoction in the Bianzheng Lu which can reinforce the healthy qi,promote the blood circulation,remove the dampness and free the collateral vessels and has a good curative efficacy.
