摘要
总结脾与肌肉的生理病理关系,并通过对"脾主肌肉"古代及现代研究文献的分析,从"治痿独取阳明",子宫脱垂、从脾从肉,眼睑属脾、睑废治脾,肥人多痰湿、治宜健脾运湿,肌痹多从脾着手以及少肉病脾之疳证六个方面,探讨"脾主肌肉"理论在临床方面的体现,为临床治疗相关疾病提供理论依据。
This article summarizes the physiological and pathological relationship between spleen and muscle.Based on the analysis of ancient and modern research literature about ＂spleen governing muscle＂,this article explores its clinical manifestations in six aspects,including： 1） to treat Wei（ atrophy,痿）,selecting the Yangming channel only; 2） prolapse of the uterus is due to the spleen and muscle; 3） eyelids are ascribed to the spleen and blepharoptosis should be treated from the spleen; 4） obesity is always due to phlegm and dampness,which should be treated from fortifying the spleen to transmit dampness; 5） muscle Bi is always treated from the spleen; 6） Gan syndrome（ infantile malnutrition,疳） is always due to deficient muscle and spleen disorder,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
