摘要技术标准作为技术性贸易壁垒的核心内容,对我国中小企业出口贸易和技术创新活动产生了越来越大的影响。本文首先分析了技术标准具有的提供知识存量和反应功能需求两种职能,进而建立了技术标准影响我国中小企业技术创新的关系模型;其次,研究了技术标准对我国中小企业创新投入要素和创新阶段的影响;最后,提出了中小企业跨越技术标准壁垒的对策建议。
