摘要
针对产后女性群体使用的康复产品存在功能性单一、使用场合受限等问题,本研究通过KANO-FBS-TRIZ集成模型,探讨了一种针对产后康复座椅的创新设计方法,并设计开发了一款符合产后女性特殊体型与生理需求的产后康复座椅。首先,通过文献调研与调查问卷获取产后康复座椅的原始需求,运用KANO模型整理用户需求类别与需求重要度排序;其次,使用FBS模型将抽象需求转化成结构设计,实现了从功能需求向物理结构的有效转换。在设计过程遇到的技术难题,则将其转化为TRIZ框架下的问题,利用TRIZ理论中SAFC模型进行深入分析,并结合相应的创新原理提出解决方案。最终,基于KANO-FBS-TRIZ集成模型输出的产后康复座椅设计方案,在进行验证时得到较好评分及用户反馈,这不仅有效缓解了产后女性群体面临的部分困境,也验证了KANO-FBS-TRIZ集成模型在解决类似设计时的实用性和有效性,为同类产品的设计研发提供了参考价值和设计新路径。
needs into structural designs,effectively transforming functional requirements into physical structures.Technical challenges encountered during the design process were transformed into problems within the TRIZ framework,allowing for in-depth analysis by using the SAFC model from TRIZ theory,alongside related innovative principles to propose solutions.Ultimately,the design scheme for the postpartum rehabilitation chair,based on the KANO-FBS-TRIZ integrated model,received favorable ratings and user feedback during validation,effectively alleviating some challenges faced by postpartum women.This outcome also confirmed the practicality and effectiveness of the KANO-FBS-TRIZ integrated model in addressing similar design issues,providing valuable references and new design pathways for the development of similar products.
