基于Kano–AHP–TRIZ模型下的共享智能储物柜创新设计研究

摘要 目的旨在深入探究用户对智能共享储物柜产品的实际需求,进而设计出更具实用性的产品,以此提升用户满意度。方法采用Kano-AHP-TRIZ集成方法进行共享智能储物柜的设计。首先,通过调研获取用户使用储物柜的多样化需求,并运用Kano模型对这些需求进行属性分类;其次,利用AHP层次分析法构建需求评价体系,计算各需求类别的权重,依据优先级进行多款方案设计;最后,采用TRIZ创新理论对设计方案进行原理归纳,以解决产品设计中遇到的问题,并对设计方案进行全面评估。结果结合上述方法进行的共享智能储物柜设计实践取得显著成效,该方法不仅提高了用户利用的丰富性和准确性,还能够清晰、系统地分析目标用户的需求及其重要程度,有效降低了设计师的主观偏差,增强了设计评价的客观性。结论通过整合Kano-AHP-TRIZ集成方法,能够准确分析用户需求,确定需求重点,精准定位用户与产品之间的矛盾,为相关共享智能储物柜的设计提供了新的思路与参考。 The work aims to explore in depth the actual needs of users for shared smart locker products,and then design more practical products,so as to improve user satisfaction.The Kano-AHP-TRIZ integrated method was adopted to design shared smart lockers.Firstly,the diverse needs of users using lockers were obtained through research,and the Kano model was used to classify these needs into attributes;Secondly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to construct a needs evaluation system,calculate the weight of each need category,and carry out the design of multiple solutions based on the priority;Finally,the TRIZ innovation theory was used to summarize the principles of the design solutions to solve the problems encountered in the design of the product,and a comprehensive evaluation of the design solutions was carried out.And the design solutions were comprehensively evaluated.The practice of designing shared smart lockers by combining the above methods achieved remarkable results,which not only improved the richness and accuracy of user use,but also clearly and systematically analyzed the needs of the target users and their degree of importance,effectively reduced the subjective bias of the designers,and enhanced the objectivity of the design evaluation.In conclusion,by integrating the Kano-AHP-TRIZ integration method,it is able to accurately analyze the user needs,determine the focus of the needs,and accurately locate the contradiction between the user and the product,which provides new ideas and references for the design of the related shared smart lockers.
