摘要 结合国内大型机场供配电运维管理需求和工程建设实践,开展大型机场供配电智慧管控系统顶层设计研究,提出了基于标准化的整体规划设计方案,解决大型机场供配电可观可测可控难、缺乏统一规划统一标准和顶层原则等建设、运营痛点,实现源网荷集中监控调度管理和及时准确诊断切除故障,提高机场电网标准化建设和智能化运维水平,提高供电可靠率。 This paper combines the operational and maintenance management needs and construction practice of power supply and distribution in large civil airports to conduct research on the top-level design of intelligent control systems for power supply and distribution in civil airports,proposing an overall planning and design scheme based on standardization to address the pain points in construction and operation of civil airports such as the difficulty in observing,measuring,and controlling power supply and distribution,lack of unified planning and unified standards,and top-level principles.The scheme achieves centralized monitoring,dispatching and management of source-grid-load,as well as timely and accurate diagnosis and fault removal,thus improving the standardization of airport power grid construction and the level of intelligent operation and maintenance,and enhancing the reliability of power supply.
