摘要
以沿海风电场高影响天气预警为目标,提出并实践了一种基于“射线法+虚拟电子围栏”技术的告警系统构建方法。通过构建风电场核心作业区域和周边关注区域的虚拟围栏,并应用射线法对高影响天气要素(如雷电、大风、高温、覆冰等)与围栏位置关系进行判定,实现对风电场潜在气象灾害的精准识别。系统整合多源实时气象监测数据、短临预报和短期预报信息,建立分等级、分区域、分要素的预警逻辑。系统部署于鄞州风电场的实际应用表明,该方法在实际告警中具备良好的可靠性与时效性。告警平均命中率,暴雨74.1%、雷电47.5%、大风51.6%。平均告警提前时间,暴雨71 min,雷电59 min,大风54 min。有效支撑了风电场的安全运维和风险防范管理。研究结果表明,该系统可作为风电场灾害天气管理的有效工具,具有良好的推广前景。
Aiming at high-impact weather warnings for coastal wind farms,this paper proposes and practices a warning system construction method based on the combination of the"ray method and virtual electronic fencing"technology.By constructing virtual fences for the core operation area of the electric field and the surrounding areas of concern,and applying the ray method to determine the relationship between high-impact weather elements(such as lightning,strong wind,high temperature,ice cover,etc.)and the position of the fences,the potential meteorological disasters of the wind farm can be accurately identified.The system integrates real-time meteorological monitoring data from multiple sources,short-term and immediate forecasts,and short-term forecast information,and establishes a warning logic classified by levels,regions,and elements.The practical application of the system deployed in the Yinzhou Wind Farm shows that the proposed method has good reliability and timeliness in actual alarms.The average warning hit rate is 74.1%for heavy rain,44.7%for lightning,and 51.6%for strong winds.The average time advance is 71 minutes for heavy rain,59 minutes for lightning,and 54 minutes for strong winds.The system effectively supports safe operation and risk prevention for wind farms.The research results indicate that this system can serve as an effective tool for managing hazardous weather in wind farms and has a good prospect for promotion.
